As an experienced house builder, ST Building can build a new home, office, workshop or farm building from the ground up. We build homes in Herefordshire, Powys, Worcestershire and surrounding areas to meet local regulations and NHBC standards. We can construct new 2 or 3 storey houses, bungalows or cottages with character.
We can build from your architect's plans or we can draw up the plans on your behalf. With our experience in both brickwork and stonework, we can erect a new building that blends in sympathetically with surrounding properties but retains its own character.
Our new build service covers the building from the groundworks (clearing and preparing the ground) to placing the final tile on the roof. External brick or stonework will project the appropriate look of the building. Our electricians, plumbers and GasSafe registered fitters will install all of the necessary fixtures and fittings, carpenters and joiners will handle the timberwork and fitting of windows and doors and our plasterers will finish all internal surfaces ready for final decoration and occupation.
Adding that extra room, garage or utility area to your home may be an idea solution to improve your property and increase its value. Whether you want to add a bedroom over a single-storey garage, extend the kitchen to give more room for entertaining or add a full height extension to add living and sleeping space, ST Building and Plastering will build an extension to your home that will serve you well.
Our experienced tradesmen will source materials that will match the existing fabric of the home and will build the extension to become as much a part of the original structure as possible. Whilst there will always be some disruption during the process of extending the home, we strive to keep this to a minimum. Of course, our building extension work includes the full range of services including plastering, electrical, plumbing and gas work where necessary.
Converting a barn into quality housing is a regular part of our work. Being based in the rural parts of Herefordshire and Mid-Wales, we have worked on a number of barn conversions, bringing under-used or redundant farm or other agricultural buildings back to life as quality homes, flats offices or workshops with real history and character. We bring the same quality and resources to our work on barn conversions and can handle the job from inception to completion.
Have a look at our Project Gallery page to see some recent examples of our new build houses, home extension and barn conversion work in Herefordshire, Powys, Worcestershire and surrounding areas.
